Support consistent performance of your system with the push of a button. Freeze Wash rapidly freezes and then defrosts the heat exchanger, flushing away debris present on the coil. Finally, it dries up any remaining moisture and notifies you again in the future when it’s time for a clean.

Samsung’s WindFree™ 4-Way Cassette is built for bigger spaces and busier environments. It delivers quiet, draft-free cooling in every direction and adapts to real-time movement* and temperature — all while sitting flushed in the ceiling.

WindFree™ Cooling gently releases air through 15,700 micro air holes to eliminate cold drafts while keeping room temperatures steady and comfortable. While operating in WindFree™, the 4-Way Cassette minimises ambient noise by generating only 34 dB(A) of sound, significantly lower compared to normal cooling mode, making it ideal for spaces that need a quiet environment, such as conference rooms, schools or hospitals*.

The slanted outlet angles the blades between -10° and 25°, sending cool air up to 5m along the ceiling to evenly cover a 10m wide space.

The Smart Comfort Operation utilises temperature and humidity sensor to monitor room condition and adjust between cooling modes for optimised comfort. The system starts with Fast Cooling to cool your room quickly, then automatically switches to WindFree™ mode to maintain comfort without the need of any manual control.

Reduce Energy Consumption Intuitively

The optional Motion Detect Sensor (MDS)1 switches to WindFree™ mode to conserve energy when no movement is detected after 30 minutes, before entering a standby mode after 50 minutes or returning to normal should it detect any activity. It also optimises the temperature to be 2°C higher or 2°C lower depending on the activity level of a room’s occupants. This intuitive switching helps reduce energy consumption by up to 50%2 while keeping occupants comfortable, perfect for places that might be left unoccupied at times such as conference rooms, classrooms or gyms.
