Daikin VRV IV-S Outdoor Systems combine compact design, flexible installation, and efficient multi-room air conditioning. The system uses technology from Daikin’s commercial VRV range to provide reliable comfort for modern Australian homes.
The compact outdoor unit features a horizontal discharge design. This makes it a practical choice for homes with limited outdoor space. It also helps you position the outdoor unit discreetly.
The system supports long piping runs of up to 100 metres on the 24kW model. Therefore, you have more flexibility when choosing the outdoor unit location. You can place the unit away from key areas without compromising your home’s exterior appearance.
Daikin VRV IV-S systems range from 9kW to 24kW. Each indoor unit can operate independently. You can also set individual temperatures and schedules for different rooms.
Furthermore, selected wall-mounted indoor units feature a Human Presence Sensor. The sensor detects when a room becomes unoccupied. It can then activate energy-saving operation and help provide draught-free comfort.
The system also offers quiet operation for greater residential comfort. Night Quiet Mode can reduce outdoor unit noise to as low as 43dBA. As a result, the system can minimise its impact on nearby areas.
